We’re seeking a full-stack growth marketing executive to lead a team of talented marketers on an exciting mission: to unlock the next wave of marketing-driven growth for African businesses, professionals and investors. You’re also an excellent communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration, and as a ‘manager of managers’, you know how to coach your leaders to help them and their teams realize their full potential.
The position reports directly to the CEO and will also play role as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Thus, will also be responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the company. In this role the CRO will be responsible for defining and maintaining the revenue strategy, architecting and integrating the revenue system, and designing and launching revenue programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success departments, and ensuring that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy lead by the Chief Executive Office
The CGO will be responsible to grow a multi-brand corporation in a B2B and B2C environment while ensuring alignment with the overall company purpose. The CMO will lead client acquisition, customer experience, communications, analytics, and advertising. The ideal candidate is a brand visionary and technology evangelist who is excited to bring their experience to a well-established company and bring it to the next level. We are seeking someone hands-on with a proven track record of innovating and executing new media marketing tactics in social, digital, direct response that align with the business strategies and brand positioning.
